The foundation of this frame is a simple pinwheel of four maple blocks, which are separated from each other by a slender shadow gap. A hand carved trio of douglas fir, cherry, and walnut shapes dance across the pinwheel, delicately tying the assembly together.
Hand made and finished in Portland with sugar maple, douglas fir, cherry, and walnut.
