This spatula is a chameleon: slender enough for the delicate task of flipping eggs, robust enough to smash a sizzling burger, perfect for stir fries, pancakes, pot stickers, etc. The small lip between the handle and the head allows for a non-slip resting point along the edge of a pan.
Inspired by car camping trips where one pan and one spatula make up the “kitchen,” the flapjack is a jack-of-all-trades utensil meant to handle easily and pack away neatly.
Hand made and finished in Portland with locally-sourced alder.
